As summer approaches, one local church is opening its doors for a week designed for kids.
Summit Church in Aledo is hosting its 2026 Vacation Bible School, Kingdom Quest, from June 8 through June 11, running each morning from 9 a.m. to noon. The program is open to children ages 3 through those entering 5th grade and centers on helping kids understand what it means to follow Jesus in an engaging, age-appropriate way.
Organizers describe the week as a mix of learning, activities, and connection, giving kids a chance to build friendships while exploring faith in a structured setting.
Families should note that VBS registration is separate from the nearby Triumph Sports Camp, even though both take place during the same week.
