Salmark BBQ serving up Fourth of July weekend across North Texas.

If barbecue is part of your Independence Day plans, Salmark BBQ has a full holiday weekend schedule, including a stop in Benbrook.

The local food truck will be at Red, White & BTX on Saturday, July 4, from 4 to 10 p.m. at 500 Chisenhall Park Lane in Benbrook.

Before that, Salmark BBQ will serve at Keller Lights and the Joshua America Celebration on Friday, July 3, from 6 to 10 p.m. The weekend wraps up Sunday, July 5, at the Benbrook Farmers Market, located at 1899 Winscott Road, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
