Attention, Benbrook families! The highly anticipated Bobcat Wrestling Camp is just around the corner.
For all current 1st through 6th graders, this is an exciting opportunity to dive into the world of wrestling and learn from some of the top talent in the state.
Set for May 20th and 21st from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., the camp will be held in the Benbrook Middle-High School wrestling room (Building B). The entrance is conveniently located off Overcrest, near the side parking lot by the dumpsters. Arrive early—doors open at 5:15 p.m. to give athletes time to prepare.
For just $50, young athletes will receive instruction on fundamental wrestling skills, improve their speed and agility, and most importantly, have a great time. Whether your child is a wrestling newbie or has some experience, they’ll receive valuable training in a supportive and fun environment.
Benbrook has a proud wrestling tradition with 15 district champions, 120 regional qualifiers, 19 regional placers, 2 state placers, and even a state champion over the past 8 years. The Bobcat Wrestling Camp aims to build on that legacy, to continue to grow the sport and inspire more excitement around the team.
