For Benbrook Middle-High School eighth-graders, the countdown to high school is officially on, and the PTA is helping students celebrate the moment together one more time before summer begins.
The 8th Grade End-of-Year Dance, themed “One Last Dance,” will take place on Friday, May 15, from 4 to 6 p.m., in the middle school gym. The event is open to all BMHS eighth-grade students and is designed as a relaxed afternoon for friends to hang out, celebrate the school year, and make a few more middle school memories before heading into high school this fall.
Admission is free, and casual dress is encouraged. Concessions will also be available during the event, with meal deals available for pre-purchase through the QR code listed on the event flyer.
For many students, it will be one final chance to slow down, laugh together, and enjoy the moment before the next chapter begins.
