New Video Raises Questions on Benbrook Flood Documentation.

A recently shared video is stirring conversation about how water really moves across south Benbrook land tied to the Trinity Estates development.

The footage, provided by resident Greg Clem, shows a clear and active creek channel with noticeable depth and width where water once flowed freely across the property.

Neighbors say this natural path allowed effective drainage and helped prevent flooding in the area. Yet, according to residents, that flow was not reflected in the city’s official CLOMR and LOMR flood documentation. The video adds weight to long-standing concerns about whether key details of water movement have been overlooked in planning records.

For many in Benbrook, the clip highlights more than just a drainage channel. It represents the need for accurate reporting and careful oversight when development meets flood-prone land.
