Wreaths Across America Invites Families to Help Keep Veterans’ Stories Alive.

Every service member has a story that deserves to be remembered.

Wreaths Across America has announced its 2026 national theme, “Remember Me,” a reminder that honoring veterans means more than remembering their names.

The organization says this year’s message was inspired by a line from the film Home Alone 2: “Maybe they don’t forget about you, but they forget to remember you,” highlighting the importance of intentionally preserving the stories of those who served.

As part of the campaign, Wreaths Across America is inviting families across the country to share memories of veterans whose lives and service should never be forgotten.

Those stories will become part of the organization’s #RememberMe gallery, helping ensure their legacies are passed on to future generations.
