Benbrook drivers, take note! A major road closure could impact your weekend plans.
From 7 p.m. on Friday, March 21, to 6 a.m. on Saturday, March 22 (weather permitting), both eastbound and westbound I-20 will be completely closed between the I-20/I-30 split and Markum Ranch Road for bridge construction.
A signed detour will redirect traffic via I-30 and the I-820 West Loop, but motorists should plan for delays and consider alternate routes.
