Heim’s new Pig Stand is almost ready.
The team was on site this week at 9912 Camp Bowie West Boulevard, measuring the space and working through final details. Opening day is set for Wednesday, March 4, at 11 a.m., just minutes from Benbrook.
The setup is simple. Chopped beef or pulled pork, your choice of potato salad or coleslaw, banana pudding, and a drink for $13 plus tax. That is it.
