As summer programs begin filling up across Benbrook, Happy Heart Academy, Inc. is preparing for a busy season by adding a new face to its growing team.
The academy recently introduced Miss Laney Vaughn as part of its summer staff, describing the upcoming months as the start of a “summer of fun” for the school’s expanding community.
Vaughn brings experience working with children through both church ministry and early childhood education. Over the past several years, she has served in children’s programs at Doxology Bible Church and, most recently, worked with 2- and 3-year-olds in an early learning center setting.
A graduate of Texas Christian University with degrees in psychology and criminology, Vaughn shared that she enjoys music, baking, pickleball, and line dancing in her free time around Fort Worth.
School leaders say the addition comes as Happy Heart Academy continues to grow its programs and prepares for a summer packed with activities, learning, and community-building for local children and families.
