Fort Worth Police Issue Fireworks Warning Ahead of New Year’s Eve.

The Fort Worth Police Department is cracking down on illegal fireworks this New Year’s Eve with a stern message: “You light it, we write it.”

Fireworks not only pose a risk of injury and property damage but can also cause significant stress to veterans, children, and pets. On top of that, possessing or using fireworks in Fort Worth is illegal and could cost you—fines go up to $2,000.
