Seventeen Fort Worth ISD students have earned the distinguished honor of being named TMEA All-State musicians, the pinnacle achievement for Texas music students.
These talented individuals will perform next month at the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) Clinic and Convention in San Antonio.
This honor recognizes exceptional skill and dedication, with students earning their spots through a highly competitive process. Starting with over 70,000 auditioning statewide, only 1,780 musicians were selected for one of 15 elite ensemblesโplacing them among the top 2.5% of participants.
The rigorous path to All-State begins at 33 TMEA Regions, followed by Area competitions, where the finest musicians secure their place in the prestigious groups.
Special congratulations to Benbrook students Kaden Robles, Joseph Wilkinson, Kendal Northrop, Luis Hernandez, and Sebastian Alonso for their remarkable achievement.
Best of luck to all Fort Worth ISD All-State musicians as they showcase their talents on this celebrated stage!
