Fort Worth Data Center Meetings Draw Attention From Benbrook Area Residents.

Residents keeping an eye on proposed data center developments near the Benbrook and west Fort Worth area have several upcoming opportunities to learn more and speak up.

A community meeting with Fort Worth Councilman Charlie Crain is scheduled for Monday, May 12, at 8:30 a.m. at Serve Coffee, located at 328 Old Annetta Road. The discussion is expected to include concerns and questions surrounding data center development near residential neighborhoods.

Later that evening, the Fort Worth City Council will meet at 6 p.m. at City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, where the Black Mountain Data Center proposal is expected to be discussed.

Another major date is set for June 2 at 2 p.m., when the Fort Worth City Council will hold a Data Center Policy Session at the same location.

The topic has sparked growing conversation among nearby residents, especially regarding infrastructure, utilities, traffic, noise, floodplain impacts, and long-term development across the area.

As these discussions continue, residents are encouraged to stay informed, attend meetings when possible, and follow the decisions shaping future growth across the community.
