Dinner plans in Benbrook are getting a little sweeter later this month, with a simple way to support local students while doing what many families already enjoy.
Westpark Elementary Wildcats PTA is teaming up with Chick-fil-A Benbrook for a Spirit Night fundraiser on Monday, February 23, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. Families who stop by that evening can enjoy a meal while a portion of eligible sales goes back to support Westpark Elementary.
The support does not stop there. All week long, February 23 through February 28, Chick-fil-A Benbrook will also be running a cookie fundraiser. For every six-count bag of Chocolate Chunk cookies sold, one dollar goes directly to the school. It is an easy add-on to dinner or a quick stop for dessert that makes a real difference.
Events like this remind us that community support does not have to be complicated. A shared meal, a bag of cookies, and a little school spirit go a long way.
