If your teen has been eyeing a first job, this summer might be the perfect time to get them started with real-world skills.
Babysitter Boot Camp is coming back to Aledo for a final summer session on July 17–18, offering teens a crash course in babysitting for today’s world.
This hands-on, two-day class is designed for ages 11 to 16 and welcomes all learning styles and abilities. It goes far beyond diaper changes and snack time. Participants will cover a wide range of topics, including infant care and emergency planning, behavior management, self-advocacy, food allergy safety, and even how to launch their own babysitting business.
Graduates walk away with a certificate, a take-home training binder, access to digital resources, and a better understanding of how to care for kids safely and confidently. CPR basics are included, and select sessions offer official certification as an add-on.
There are just 6 spots left for the July 17–18 session in Aledo. Use code SHAREFOR5 for $5 off and register online at this link.
