Benbrook residents are invited to start the morning with purpose on January 10, 2026, as the community comes together for the annual Wreaths Across America cleanup at Benbrook Cemetery.
Volunteers will gather at 8 a.m. to carefully collect wreaths placed during the holidays in honor of fallen service members. After pickup, the wreaths will be taken to VFW Post 10429, where deconstruction will begin around 9 a.m. The work helps ensure materials are handled respectfully while preparing the grounds for the year ahead.
The effort, supported by Wreaths Across America, is a simple but meaningful way for neighbors to serve together and remember those who served our country. No special experience is needed, just a willingness to help.
Community members of all ages are encouraged to participate in a morning that reflects Benbrook’s strong spirit of service and remembrance.
