Mahjong nights at Benbrook Tea & Wellness just got a comfort upgrade.
The local shop has added blackout curtains, oscillating fans, and a homemade sun blocker near the front door to help keep the space cooler while players gather around the tiles.
It’s a practical change for a Texas summer, but one made with the regulars in mind.
Mahjong is played at Benbrook Tea & Wellness every Tuesday and Thursday evening.
Good tiles, good company, and, hopefully, a little less Texas heat.
