Residents at the Benbrook Senior Center recently enjoyed an afternoon of snacks, conversation, and helpful information thanks to a visit from Diane Roberts of Stevenson Oaks Methodist Retirement Communities.
Roberts stopped by to share details about “Understanding Dementia,” an educational webinar designed to help families and caregivers better understand the realities of dementia and the challenges that often come with it. Along with information about the upcoming event, she also brought refreshments and snacks for seniors to enjoy during the visit.
The webinar, held on April 21 at Stevenson Oaks, focused on practical insights, awareness, and support for those caring for loved ones living with dementia.
