The spirit of giving is alive and well at Benbrook Elementary School.
Students, families, and staff recently came together to donate more than 1,500 food items to Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County, helping stock shelves and support neighbors facing food insecurity across the county.
Each can, box, and bag represented a simple but powerful act of care. Collected together, those donations add up to real help for families who need it most, especially during the winter months.
It is a reminder that even the smallest hands can make a big difference when a community pulls together. Benbrook Elementary did just that, and the impact will be felt far beyond the school walls.
