Fairies, dragons, vampires, and a little literary magic are taking over the Benbrook Public Library on Friday, November 13, for Fur, Fangs, and Fairies, an evening celebrating the release of Sarah J. Maas’ new book.
From 6 to 8 p.m., fantasy fans ages 18 and older are invited to dress as their favorite mythical creatures, enter a costume contest, and enjoy a night dedicated to the popular romantasy genre. Copies of Maas’ new book will also be raffled off at the end of the evening.
The event takes place at the Benbrook Public Library, located at 1065 Mercedes Street.
For more information, visit benbrooklibrary.org, browse the library’s event calendar, or call 817-249-6632.
Costumes are encouraged, so this might be the perfect excuse to finally dress like your favorite fantasy character.
