Western Hills made the trip south Friday night looking to build some momentum before district play, but Waco had other plans.
The Lady Lions swept the Lady Cougars 25-19, 25-17, 25-18, handing Western Hills a 3-0 loss.
For the Lady Cougars, the focus now shifts to district play and a chance to turn the page when they face Dunbar on Sept. 8.
