The development story along Chisholm Trail Parkway may be getting bigger, with another wave of projects worth watching for residents across southwest Fort Worth and Benbrook.
According to local real estate professional Josh Harville, plans in the corridor include a private island, an unnamed grocery store and the addition of a seventh automotive brand.
Harville says the growth could be particularly relevant for nearby communities just east of Benbrook, including Mira Vista, Bellaire Village, Overton South, Wedgwood and Hulen Bend Estates.
The information shared did not include specific project details, so exactly what is coming, where it will be located, and when it could arrive remain unclear.
For Benbrook residents already watching development push farther along the Chisholm Trail corridor, it’s another growth story to keep an eye on.
