Got old paint, batteries, or automotive fluids cluttering your home?
Benbrook residents can safely dispose of these items at the Spring Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Collection Event on Saturday, May 24, 2025. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.—or until the collection trailer is full—at the Dutch Branch Park Complex, behind the Benbrook Lighted Par 3 & Range.
To participate, bring proof of Benbrook residency, like a water bill or driver’s license. Event staff will be available to direct traffic and help unload items, so make sure to drive slowly. This is the only HHW event scheduled for Benbrook in 2025. If you miss it, you can take hazardous waste directly to the Fort Worth Environmental Collection Center. For more information, call 817-249-6008.
