The position offers a salary range of $76,765 to $93,309 and operates on a 48/96 shift schedule.
Firefighter/Paramedics respond to fire alarms, medical emergencies, rescue calls, hazardous materials incidents, and other emergency situations throughout the city. The role also includes providing emergency medical care and first aid to residents in need.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a Texas Class B driver’s license, Texas Basic Fire Fighter certification, and an active Paramedic certification through the Texas Department of State Health Services.
