Fort Worth, TX – Gun rights activist Christopher J. Grisham was escorted out of a Tarrant County Commissioners Court session after using profanity during public comments.
Grisham, who was previously detained on Jan. 14 for arguing with bailiffs over his right to carry a firearm in court, sparked legal debate as Precinct 2 Commissioner Alisa Simmons questioned whether curse words are protected speech.
