Student-Led Car Wash Shows the Power of Teamwork.

Sometimes the best part of the day is an unexpected stop.

That’s exactly what happened when Fort Worth ISD Superintendent Dr. Peter Licata visited the World Languages Institute senior class car wash fundraiser to cheer on students as they worked toward their graduation goals.

More than a simple fundraiser, the event showcased student leadership, teamwork, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves for a common purpose. It also served as a reminder that some of the best lessons happen outside the classroom.

The smiles, hard work, and school spirit were on full display as the seniors washed cars and raised money for their class, earning encouragement from school leaders along the way.
