The pastor search team at New River Fellowship recently announced their plans on the church’s website (http://newriver.tv/connect/pastor-search/pastor-search-team/) to establish foundational tools as they prepare to initiate their search for New River’s next senior pastor.
According to the post, the pastor search team intends to continue their fervent prayer as they near the completion of their “Thirty-Day Prayer Plan” and as they carefully put together a “DNA Map” of the church as well as a list of the desired traits they hope their future senior pastor embodies.
“On behalf of the entire church body, this team will prayerfully, and with full diligence, consider many candidates. Under God’s guidance, the team will discover the person who God is preparing to lead New River in the future.”
