Benbrook drivers, check your dipsticks. Several residents are sounding the alarm after recent visits to Kwik Kar on Benbrook Boulevard left their engines low on oil and their patience running even lower.
One local family says their granddaughter took the car in for a routine oil change a few weeks ago. Days later, the engine light flipped on.
When they checked, the oil tank was bone dry. Despite having the receipt in hand, they say the shop manager blamed overdue maintenance from the previous oil change and declined to add more oil or accept responsibility.
