Benbrook resident Bobby “Bob” Davis III passed away May 21, 2026, at the age of 51 after battling cancer.
Friends and family remember Davis for his hardworking spirit, easygoing personality, and the genuine way he connected with people wherever he went. Known throughout both the golf community and the Dallas-Fort Worth music scene, he built lasting friendships and carried a sense of humor and kindness that left an impact on those around him.
Loved ones say Bob embraced life fully and believed friendships were family chosen along the way. Whether through work, music, or time spent with friends, he became known for bringing warmth, laughter, and energy into every room he entered.
A Celebration of Life honoring Davis will be held Friday, June 5, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. in Live Oak Chapel at Greenwood Funeral Home. Family, friends, and community members are invited to attend.
