New Hawkins Housing Development Proposed Near Benbrook.

A new single-family housing development could be coming to the Benbrook area.

According to city permits, Whitestone Point is in the early planning stages on 21.5 acres at 11701 Benbrook Highway in Fort Worth. The property is owned by Hawkins Custom Homes, the builder behind the nearby Whitestone Heights and Whitestone Crest communities near Whitestone Golf Club.

A drainage study is currently underway, one of the first steps in the development process. Additional details have not yet been released.

As growth continues along the Benbrook-Fort Worth corridor, Whitestone Point could become the latest addition to the area’s expanding residential footprint.
