With improvements to Benbrook’s Robot Park nearing completion, Texas State Rep. John McQueeney recently visited the park to highlight $1 million in state funding he helped secure during the last legislative session.
McQueeney, who represents House District 97 and is seeking reelection, shared a video from Robot Park pointing to the project as an example of his work for Benbrook residents.
The funding supports renovations and improvements at both Robot Park and Castle Park, with construction already underway and the upgraded playgrounds taking shape.
McQueeney used the visit to reinforce his campaign message, “Results Matter,” emphasizing his focus on delivering projects for the communities he represents.
Residents can watch McQueeney’s video from Robot Park and follow the city’s park renovation updates.
