Mitchell Ward, owner of MW Logistics, is donating to his MW Cares Foundation to help college students facing food insecurity.
Having experienced food insecurity in his youth in East Texas, Ward is helping support The Purple Pantry, which opened at Tarleton University in Fort Worth in August 2024. The Purple Pantry offers free, self-service food for students to help them focus on their studies without worrying about their next meal.
