Local Giving Puts $1,700 Back Into Benbrook Schools.

A little teamwork off the field is putting $1,700 directly into Benbrook schools.

Jason Ward with Southern Painting Fort Worth, Donnie Russell with Pocket Electric and Construction, and Cooper Stockton with BYBSA recently presented donations benefiting all four Benbrook Pyramid PTAs.

Westpark Wildcats PTA and Benbrook Middle-High School PTA each received $500, Rolling Hills Elementary PTA received $400, and Benbrook Bulldogs PTA received $300. Pocket Electric and Construction donated $500 to BMHS.

Representing the schools were Emily Gentry of BMHS, Whitney Welch of Benbrook Elementary, Kendra Clements of Westpark, and Stacy Fuller of Rolling Hills.

It’s a good example of what can happen when local businesses and youth organizations look beyond their own walls and invest back into the community.

This time, all four Benbrook PTAs and the students they serve benefited.
