Libby Adding PIN Requirement for Benbrook Readers.

Benbrook residents who use Libby for eBooks and audiobooks will have one extra step when opening the app beginning Oct. 15.

According to Benbrook Public Library, Libby users will be asked to validate their library card number and enter a four-digit PIN. The PIN is the same one associated with the user’s library card.

If that number has long since disappeared from memory, library staff can help. Users who need assistance finding their PIN can stop by the information desk at Benbrook Public Library, 1065 Mercedes St.

The change takes effect Oct. 15, so regular Libby users may want to make sure they know their PIN before their next book or audiobook is waiting.
