The Benbrook Public Library will host the next Hope & Light Café gathering on April 20th from 6 to 7 p.m. This series creates a welcoming space for people to engage in conversations that are often left unspoken, yet deeply needed.
Topics include experiences like suicide loss, anticipatory grief, abuse, estrangement, dementia, and other life challenges that many carry in silence. The aim is to provide a safe environment for reflection and connection, free from judgment or pressure.
