HistoryMaker Homes Opens at Trinity Estates.

A Fort Worth homebuilder with more than 75 years of history has added a new chapter in Benbrook.

The Benbrook Area Chamber of Commerce officially welcomed HistoryMaker Homes to Trinity Estates with a ribbon-cutting on Tuesday. Founded in Fort Worth in 1949, the fifth-generation, family-owned company said Benbrook felt like a natural fit because of the community’s history and established roots.

Its new Trinity Estates neighborhood features 70-foot lots, three-car garages as standard, and direct access to the Trinity Trails, something the builder says has already drawn positive feedback from homebuyers.

For HistoryMaker Homes and Tammy Maverick, the ribbon cutting was more than opening a new neighborhood. It marked a longtime Tarrant County business putting down some new roots close to home.
