Benbrook readers with a love for real stories and meaningful history will want to stop by the Benbrook Public Library in mid-February for a special pop-up book sale hosted by the Friends of the Benbrook Library.
The donation-based sale will feature a curated selection of history and biography titles, with no set prices. Visitors are invited to take a single book or build a stack and contribute what they feel the books are worth. It is a simple, welcoming way to discover new reads while supporting the library.
The sale runs across three days. Hours are 9 am to 7 pm on February 16 and 17, and 9 am to 12 pm on February 18. Cash is accepted, though the library is unable to make change. Cards are accepted for donations of $1 or more.
