A free genealogy seminar in Fort Worth will give Benbrook-area residents a chance to dig a little deeper into their own family history.
Roots & Branches: Building Your Family Tree is set for Saturday, Oct. 10, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Express, 3541 NW Loop 820 in Fort Worth. Check-in begins at 1 p.m.
Hosted by the Daughters of the American Revolution Eagle Mountain Chapter, the seminar is open to everyone, from first-time family-history researchers to those with a growing family tree.
The event is free, but space is limited to 45 people and advance registration is required. Register here.
