Another familiar restaurant near Benbrook has closed its doors.
Fixe Southern House, known for its Southern comfort food, biscuits, brunch, and shrimp and grits, permanently closed its Clearfork location on June 11 after eight years in business.
A message posted at the restaurant thanked guests for their support and described the closure as a difficult decision. The Fort Worth location’s Google listing now shows it as permanently closed, and future reservations have been canceled.
Owner Keith House thanked the restaurant’s team and loyal customers, saying the company was saddened to see its time in Fort Worth come to an end.
Fixe opened in 2018 at The Shops at Clearfork and built a loyal following for its Southern-inspired menu. While the Fort Worth location has closed, the company’s flagship restaurant in Austin remains open.
