Benbrook authorities are investigating a fatal crash that occurred early Monday morning at the intersection of Southwest Boulevard and Crosslands Road.
Officials confirmed that one person was pronounced dead after being struck by a vehicle. The driver remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.
The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office crash team was called in to assist with documentation and reconstruction of the incident. Police have closed the area for several hours while the investigation continues.
