The Benbrook Community YMCA is keeping the season lively with a packed calendar of events and programs for kids, teens, and families. From dance parties to basketball leagues, there’s something for everyone this fall.
Teens can kick off the fun at Middle School Madness Nights on October 3, October 17, November 7, and November 21 from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m.. The event is a safe, social hangout with snacks, games, and prizes. Cost is $10 for members and $15 for non-members.
Families won’t want to miss the YMCA’s annual Trunk or Treat on October 24 from 6 to 8 p.m.. The free community event will feature food trucks, Chick-fil-A, a live DJ, and festive family fun. Those interested in hosting a booth can contact Tonya Gertz at tgertz@ymcafw.org.

For those looking to make a splash, the Y’s Fall Aquatics Program runs year-round with classes for all ages and skill levels. Options include Swim Starters for infants and toddlers, Swim Basics for children over 3, and Swim Strokes for advanced swimmers. The Y also offers a year-round swim team.
