BYBSA Cancels Parent Meeting and Opening Night Events.

Families with players in the Benbrook Youth Baseball and Softball Association will want to update their calendars.

The organization has officially canceled the February 19 parent meeting that was scheduled at the Benbrook Middle High School cafeteria. Opening Night activities planned for March 6 or March 13 have also been canceled and will not be rescheduled. Parents are encouraged to release any holds they may have placed on those dates.

League leaders also shared that all registered players should have been contacted by a coach by now. If you have not received communication, reach out as soon as possible. Include your name, your child’s name, age group, and sport when sending a message by email at benbrookyouth@yahoo.com.

As the season approaches, staying connected will help ensure every player is ready to take the field.
