Bobcats to Begin Practice, Will Host First Home Game at Clark Stadium Thursday, September 7.

The Benbrook Bobcats football team will begin their first day of practice in just two days (Monday, 8/7).

This year’s team hopes to build on its experiences in 2016 and anticipates starting the season with significant momentum. The team’s first regular season will begin on the road, on Friday, August 25, when it will face the Castleberry Lions. The team is eager to make a strong opening statement and set the tone for a successful season.

Head Coach Cody Slater expressed confidence in his players, highlighting their hard work and dedication to offseason training and preparation.

With a roster featuring 30 returning lettermen and key players like their all-district running back, the Bobcats are poised to showcase a blend of experience and fresh talent.
