If you were anywhere near the Benbrook Public Library recently, you probably caught a bit of the buzz. The Summer Reading Program went out with a bang, and the final party wasn’t just fun — it was packed. Literally.
Thanks to the generosity of Pinnacle Bank Texas and Atmos Energy, families attended a celebration where kids walked away with backpacks and big smiles. Gus the Gopher and Rosie the Skunk made appearances, helping hand out supplies with the Atmos crew. It wasn’t just a good time. It was a moment where community care and summer fun came together in the best way.
If you missed it or want to relive the highlights, head to the Benbrook Public Library’s Facebook page for photos and videos that captured it all.
The library, located at 1065 Mercedes St., is more than a place to borrow books. It’s a local hub where memories are made, and partnerships thrive. For upcoming events or questions, visit benbrooklibrary.org or call them at 817-249-6632.
