BENBROOK, TX – The Benbrook UIL Academic Team delivered a stellar performance at the Grandview Invitational on February 8, securing 1st place overall among 22 schools in the large school division (4A, 5A, and 6A).
The team’s dominance extended beyond the overall championship, earning top honors in Literary Criticism (1st), Spelling (1st), and Journalism (2nd) while racking up an impressive 19 individual medals.
With this victory under their belt, the team now sets its sights on winning a fifth consecutive UIL Academic District Championship on March 24 and 29.
