Sex trafficking isn’t just a far-off problem.
It’s happening right here in Tarrant County, and the 5 Stones Taskforce is working to stop it. Benbrook residents are invited to be part of the solution at a free public meeting on Monday, June 24, from 11 a.m. to noon.
The meeting will be held at 100 N. Forest Park Blvd., Suite 200 in Fort Worth. No RSVP is needed, and there’s also an option to attend virtually. Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Connell will walk attendees through what online grooming looks like, how predators target kids, and what families can do to keep children safe.
This is a chance for parents, teachers, mentors, and everyday citizens to stay informed and take action. Whether in person or online, showing up matters.
