Mark your calendars. On Saturday, September 27, Benbrook Heritage Fest returns with a full day of western fun, local flavor, and community cheer.
Starting at 10 a.m., the event packs in music, food, vendors, hayrides, a petting zoo, and a full lineup of contests for all ages.
The festival wraps with a chuckwagon dinner and street dance. Tickets for the dinner go on sale August 1 and must be purchased ahead of time.
Festival-goers can also join in on a stick horse race, a corn on the cob eating contest, and a fan-favorite dog costume competition. Out-of-town guests can snag 10% off hotel stays just by mentioning โHeritage Festโ when booking.
Vendor space and sponsorships are open now, but spots are limited. Details and forms are available at Benbrook-tx.gov/HeritageFest, or call 817-249-6091 to get involved.
