Business cards may start the conversation, but relationships are what make local business work.
That was the takeaway from the latest Benbrook Business Exchange, where area business owners and professionals gathered to connect with others working across the Benbrook community.
The event was hosted by Benbrook VFW & Auxiliary 10429, with Jamie Bengford and the VFW team welcoming BBE members for the gathering.
Attendees also got an early look at the VFW’s upcoming Run for the V 5K, planned for September and presented with Pinnacle Bank Texas.
The Benbrook Area Chamber of Commerce is encouraging attendees to keep those new connections going by sharing and supporting the businesses and people they met.
After all, the next person looking for a local service, product, or professional may be closer than you think.
