That closet you’ve been meaning to clean out could help support Benbrook’s band students.
The 3rd Annual Benbrook Band Boosters Yard Sale returns Friday, Aug. 7, in the Benbrook Middle-High School parking lot, giving residents a chance to donate gently used items, shop for bargains, and support the Benbrook Band program all in one stop.
Donations will be accepted from 7 to 8 a.m., with shopping open from 8 a.m. to noon.
Whether you’re clearing out furniture, home décor, books, toys, sporting goods, or other household items, every donation helps benefit the Benbrook Band Boosters and their efforts to support student musicians throughout the school year.
If you’ve been waiting for the perfect excuse to declutter, this Friday is your chance. Drop off what you no longer need, then stick around and see what treasures you might find.
