A trip to ship a package in Benbrook may soon come with a fresh loaf of sourdough bread or a homemade cookie.
Local baker Sara Costellow of Baked by Sara announced that beginning Monday, June 8, her sourdough bread and cookies will be available at Postall, located at 9463 Benbrook Blvd.
The partnership brings together two local businesses while giving residents another convenient way to shop local. Customers will be able to pick up freshly baked goods while taking care of packing, shipping, and other postal services in the same stop.
Costellow shared her excitement about the opportunity, noting that Postall’s recent remodel reflects its growing interest in supporting and promoting local Benbrook businesses.
For fans of fresh sourdough and homemade cookies, June 8 marks a new place to find a local favorite. And for those who have not yet tried Baked by Sara, their next trip to Postall may be the perfect excuse.
