Fort Worth ISD is celebrating a standout achievement as 18 students across the district earned All-State honors, the highest recognition a Texas high school musician can receive in band, choir, jazz, mariachi, or orchestra.
The students advanced through more than 70,000 auditions statewide, rising to the very top of a highly competitive process. Their accomplishment earns them the opportunity to represent Fort Worth ISD at the TMEA Clinic and Convention in San Antonio from February 11 to 14, 2026.
Benbrook is well represented among this elite group. Kaden Robles of Benbrook Middle-High School earned All-State recognition on Bb clarinet. Western Hills High School also made a strong showing with Kendyl Northrop named All-State Alto, along with Dai’juan Williams and Joshua Raga earning honors as All-State Bass vocalists.
Students from Arlington Heights, Amon Carter-Riverside, Diamond Hill-Jarvis, I.M. Terrell Academy for STEM and VPA, R.L. Paschal, and Southwest High School also earned All-State honors, highlighting the depth of musical talent across the district.
For Benbrook residents, it is a proud reminder that local students are achieving excellence on a statewide stage. To view the full list of honorees and learn more about the All-State program, visit https://www.fwisd.org/departments/visual-and-performing-arts/tmea-2026.
